About Waffrlly

Waffrlly is a savings ecosystem that helps you pay less when you shop online. Our services include coupons, offers and deals, and price alerts. Partner stores may pay us a commission when you shop through Waffrlly. Waffrlly isn't a seller: your purchase is a contract between you and the store.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You may hold only one account, and it's for your personal, non-commercial use.
• The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
• Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Coupons and offers

• Coupons and offers are provided by partner stores and are subject to the store's own terms, such as minimum order values, eligible products, usage limits, and expiry dates.
• We work hard to keep coupons and offers accurate and up to date, but stores can change or end them at any time, so we can't guarantee that every coupon or offer will work.
• The final price and discount are always the ones shown at the store's checkout.

Price alerts

• Price alerts notify you when the price of a product you follow changes, based on the information available to us from stores.
• Prices and availability can change quickly, and an alert may arrive after a price has changed again or a product has sold out.
• Price alerts are provided for your convenience and don't guarantee a price, stock, or delivery from the store.

Fair use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts, or use someone else's account.
• Place fake, fraudulent, or self-referred orders.
• Use bots, scripts, or any automated means to access Waffrlly, collect its content, or generate clicks.
• Republish or resell coupons, offers, or other content from Waffrlly without our permission.
• Interfere with our tracking, or with the security or operation of our services.
• Use Waffrlly for any unlawful purpose.

If we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms, we may suspend or close your account.

Partner stores

Partner stores are independent businesses. We aren't responsible for their products, prices, delivery, returns, customer service, or websites. Any issue with an order should be raised with the store directly.

Intellectual property

All content on Waffrlly, including our name, logo, design, and text, belongs to Waffrlly or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse it without our written permission. Store names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

Waffrlly is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for coupons, offers, or prices that change or don't work, or for any interruption to our services.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may also close accounts that breach these terms or that remain inactive for a long period, after notifying you by email.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email or through Waffrlly. Continuing to use Waffrlly after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
